This is really a good idea for a video. Too often, dance DVDs are all about the lead - and the follow gets left to figure things out over the long term. Carla offers about a dozen really good things for you to do as a follow beyond the standard swivel or kick ball changes. As you learn the new steps, you start thinking of where to work them into your dancing. And, as you learn these as "routine" you'll notice that you have more time while dancing to think of other things to do. This is all to the good. Not all leads can present multiple good ideas to dance to; this dvd helps you both step up your dancing as you have more to add to the "conversation" from your side... Well worth a few days study!
