This video has lots of good material, mostly for athletes in general, and some for dancers in particular. Much of it fits with what I've read in current research, but it leans a little toward the 'organic is best' view, which isn't always supported by research. The presenter seems to speak as if the viewer is in the age range of a high school student, and leans toward speaking to performers, but the information is still relevant to adult ballroom and general social dancers, as well. At just over 1 hour, it goes fairly fast. If you don't keep up with nutrition and/or sports medicine, it's probably worth taking notes, too.
